Isn’t it crazy how fast the holidays came? I am still in disbelief we are really about to be in 2022 within the next week!!! And yet we have come to another peak of covid cases on the rise, travel being disrupted, staying away instead of staying close and just a cluster of every other what the french toast we might be thinking.
Holidays are suppose to be cheerful, fun, full of joy, yet at some point we have all felt it’s a little odd and still not normal. No matter what, us moms continue to push forward, continue to put on a brave face in front of our kids so they think everything is just fine. No matter our personal feelings about what’s going on either with us or with the world, we are always trying to do our best to not show any bad or emotional moments that would bring them down.
That’s nothing but strength us mommas have. We push and continue to push through, even the cheerful time of year. Our disappointments, our set backs, our challenges, our weaknesses don’t stop us from moving forward. No matter how odd the moments may be, we prevail, not only for us, but for our families.
